    Fill out the free funding check form

    Our online form asks for everything we need to get started: your organization, location, ownership, the project, total cost, how much funding you're after, your timeline and what documents you already have.

  2. 2

    We review it and email you the programs that fit

    We research federal, provincial, Métis, Indigenous and local options and check current guidelines and intake dates against each program's official source. Then we email you the results.

    • A shortlist with eligibility, cost-share and deadlines for each
    • A list of what you'd need to provide (quotes, financials, letters of support)
    • A flat-fee quote for the writing, or an honest 'nothing fits right now'

    We write the application, all by email

    If you go ahead, you send documents by email or through a secure upload link. Any questions come by email, and we email you the drafted narrative, budget, work plan and checklist.

    • You review every draft and nothing goes in without your approval
    • One revision round is included; more can be quoted
    • We organize the attachments so nothing is missing

    You submit

    You sign and submit through the funder's portal or by email. Your account, declarations and signature stay yours.

    • We email step-by-step submission notes for the funder's portal
    • We never log in to funder accounts on your behalf
    • You keep copies of everything
  5. 5

    We track reporting (optional)

    Most funding comes with conditions such as progress reports, claims with receipts and final reports. Missing them can delay or cost you money.

    • Deadline and claim reminders
    • Help preparing interim and final reports
    • Quoted per project

What to have ready

  • A short description of the project and why it matters
  • Quotes or cost estimates, even rough ones
  • Your timeline, including when you'd need to start spending
  • Basic financials (for businesses) or recent statements (for non-profits)
  • Registration or incorporation details, and for some programs proof of Métis citizenship or Indigenous ownership
